Who I Work With
My clients often come to me with injuries, hypermobility, pregnancy/postpartum needs, or simply the desire to move better and feel stronger in daily life.
The goal is clear, confident movement that supports the life you want to live.
How I Work
Sessions are highly individualized and collaborative. We start with breathing, alignment, and how your body organizes itself, then build strength, mobility, and control from there. I use classical Pilates as a foundation, and draw from other movement systems when it serves your body best.
New Clients
New clients begin with a short call to discuss your history, your goals, and how sessions would be structured.
